We began our journey focused on the candidate experience, building technology to predict "hire-loss" post-offer acceptance.
Market validation was strong. We successfully onboarded our first 50 enterprise customers to the platform.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we struggled to survive. We made the bold decision to revamp our entire DNA, pivoting to launch Amara for Employee Experience. We acquired our first major EX customer: Philips.
While building the future of Employee Experience, we maintained trust by continuing to fully support our legacy HireXP customers.
The pivot proved successful. Amara gained massive momentum, securing its first 50 dedicated customers on the new continuous listening platform.
A landmark year. We launched 5 new powerful modules and are proudly celebrating over 200,000 active users engaging with Amara across 16 countries.
