No. Amara withholds identity by default. Admins and HRBPs cannot see the sender. A reveal is only possible if the employee voluntarily opts in during the conversation.

HR can initiate a blind chat to ask clarifying questions and work towards resolution, while keeping the sender anonymous unless they choose to reveal themselves
