1. What’s the interview process?

Typically 4 steps: Intro chat → Skills interview → Role challenge → Panel & Culture conversation. We decide fast—usually in under 10 business days.

2. Do you support remote work?

Yes. We’re hybrid-first with hubs in Bengaluru & Gurugram, and remote teammates in Philippines, Thailand, and Malaysia.

3. Do you sponsor visas?

Role dependent. For critical hires we consider transfers within India/SEA subject to local compliance.
